Special Weather Statement:

1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025

The National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Watch in effect for Ocean City from 1 a.m. Monday (Jan. 6, 2025) through 1 a.m. Tuesday (Jan. 7, 2025).

The latest forecast calls for 5 to 9 inches of snow accumulation in southern New Jersey with some mixing of sleet or rain possible. The track of the storm remains uncertain as of Saturday morning. Please monitor updates as the storm approaches on Sunday night.

Road conditions will be hazardous. Plan to limit travel, if possible.

The utility companies recommend you contact them directly as soon as you experience a problem so that they can properly track outages and repairs.
