The contractor is currently engaged in the process of installing air release valves, clean-out connections, and vent pipes within the concrete chambers that are spaced along the entire length of the project from 31st Street to 8th Street. As of today, the contractor has completed all the chambers except the two that are spaced between 9th Street and 12th Street, which are scheduled to be worked on next week.

This weekend, Bay Avenue will be fully open to two lanes of traffic.
