The contractor is currently engaged in the process of installing air release valves, clean-out connections, and vent pipes within the concrete chambers that are spaced along the entire project length from 31st Street to 8th Street. As of today, the contractor has completed the chambers from 31st Street up to 24th Street, working from south to north.

This weekend, Bay Avenue will be fully open to two lanes of traffic.

Next week, Bay Avenue will be open to two lanes of traffic, except for local closures and detours at whichever chamber is being worked on.
