The Ocean City Aquatic and Fitness Center will offer a free outdoor yoga class at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, on the turf tennis courts at 18th Street and Haven Avenue.
“Full Moon Yoga with Crystal Healing Bowls” will feature instructors Michelle Whelan, Nancy Deckard and Gina Rollins. Participants of all ability levels should bring a mask, towel, mat and water bottle. The class open to members and guests.
