Update: As of Sunday morning (July 19, 2020), sand-pumping operations are concentrated on the beach at First Street and St. Charles Place. The beach entrance at North Street is reopened. The beach entrances at Stenton Place, St. James Place, First Street and St. Charles Place are closed.
