Update: As of Sunday morning (July 5, 2020), work remains concentrated in the area between the jetties of Atlantic Beach. The beach entrances along Beach Road (at the intersections of E. Atlantic Avenue, Morningside Road and Gardens Road) are closed. North Street beach remains open.
