Atlantic City Electric has been working to improve reliability in Ocean City by installing special equipment to reduce the number of customers affected by power outages.
Installation of these reclosers has required service interruptions this winter and spring as crews replace existing poles, transformers and wire.
For the week of April 29, the tentative schedule (weather permitting) of service interruptions will be as follows:

Weather permitting, the contractor will be finishing up the recloser installation in Ocean City on Monday. Service interruptions will be around 41st Street and Central Avenue.
