If you receive an overtime parking meter ticket while using ParkMobile and believe it was issued in error, you can contact the municipal court during operating hours at 609-525-9386 or email the municipalcourt@ocnj.us. The municipal court has a procedure in place to assist in filing this claim. Please have ready your ParkMobile history reflecting the payment transaction with the zone and tag of vehicle ticketed during the time of issuance of the overtime meter parking ticket.

If you wish to apply for a public defender, a financial questionnaire must be completed for the judge to review to determine eligibility per the Municipal Public Defender Law (N.J.S.A. 2B:24-1 to -17).
