The Ocean City Neighborhood and Social Services office is responsible for assisting residents in times of need and offers services, information, and assistance with outside agencies. The office assists with emergency food referrals, referrals to community agencies, Fare Free Transportation applications, and assistance with applications such as the LIHEAP grant to help with utility expenses. Neighborhood & Social Services is also a community hub for residents who require assistance in finding local mental health, public health, and supportive resources. The office’s monthly community outreach series, “OC Talks!”, addresses issues facing our community and features community leaders, professionals, and service organizations.
