Open Space Ideas: 1600 Block Haven/Simpson

Ocean City has acquired an entire city block between Haven Avenue and Simpson Avenue from 16th Street to 17th Street (along with a smaller parcel on the other side of 16th Street). The area is now part of a publicly owned corridor that stretches from 15th Street to 20th Street and includes the Ocean City Community Center and the Ocean City Intermediate School. The intent of the acquisition was to protect the block from dense residential development. We would like to hear your ideas on how this open space can best be enjoyed/used by the public.
