In Ocean City, you are permitted to get married at any street beach with prior City approval. Please read the following prior to filling out the permit application below.

• There is no permit fee.
• We allow 3-4 hours from set up to breakdown.
• If your ceremony is being held between mid-June through mid-August, please be aware that beaches are very crowded. Please consider holding the ceremony prior to noon or after 4:30 PM.
• You are permitted to set-up chairs and archways. We ask that you take them down within a reasonable time after the wedding. 
• We do not allow receptions or catered events to take place on the beach.
