This popular 5K race offers spectacular views over the length of a point-to-point course from Ocean City to Somers Point. The route travels the length of the Route 52 causeway in the lanes usually reserved for cars.


REGISTRATION - Opens Feb 1st

  • Online registration: ocnj.recdesk.com
  • Race-day registration: 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. at the Ocean City Transportation Center (945 Haven Avenue, Ocean City). Same hours for day-of packet pickup
  • Registration fees: $25 through Oct. 24, 2025. $30 Oct 25 - Oct 29 online until 4pm. Oct 30 or Nov 1st at pre-packet pick up In-person registration ($35) at the Ocean City Aquatic & Fitness Center (1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City) . Nov 1st, $35 Race-day registration.. Entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • Advance packet pickup: 12noon - 4 p.m. Friday, Oct 31st at the Ocean City Aquatic & Fitness Center (1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City)


RACE AND COURSE INFORMATION

The race start is at the Transportation Center in Ocean City at 9th Street and Haven Avenue. Buses will be available at the finish line at John F. Kennedy Park in Somers Point to transport runners to the start before the race. The last bus to the starting line in Ocean City from Kennedy Park will leave at 7:30 a.m. Buses will also be available to transport runners back to Ocean City at the conclusion of the race. The awards ceremony will be held at JFK Park in Somers Point after all participants have completed the course.

  • Overall: Top Male, Female & Non-Binary finishers
  • Age group: Top three in the following age groups: 8-and-under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-and-over.
